Our sprawling, ranch-style home comfortably accommodates up to fifteen residents and provides professional, personal and loving convalescent care designed to meet each resident’s needs.
Licensed by the Department of Social Services Community Care licensing. Approved to accommodate Alzheimers, dementia, memory handicapped and hospice care.

Rooms
Private and semi-private rooms, most with a bath, accommodate individuals or couples, on a month-to-month basis.
Rooms are furnished but residents are welcome to add their own personal touch to their environment. Cable TV is installed in each room.
Residents preferring more privacy and/or with special medical needs may have meals served in room.
Common Areas
The common room, a clean, open space, provides residents a place to interact at meal times, watch favorite programs on a large-screen TV, meet with family members and enjoy party and holiday celebrations.
Large windows overlook the landscape of flowers and trees, and hummingbirds coming to feed.
Family members are welcome and encouraged to participate in all events.

Pomerado Manor is located in Poway, California, a northern suburb of San Diego, bordering the community of Rancho Bernardo. The area is well known for having a perfect climate, and is surrounded by beautiful, rolling hills.
Our location combines rural charm with urban convenience, situated just minutes away from medical care facilities, shopping, dining, banking, post offices and entertainment. There are activities, housing, and services which have been especially designed to cater to the elderly.
We’re 1/4 mile from Palomar Medical Center Poway, five minutes from highway I-15 and 30 minutes from San Diego Internation Airport.
